Objective of this course is to support civil law and obligations law subjects with practice courses and case studies. In this course, correction of register of natural persons, disputes arising out of misincorporation i.e. lack of legal personality, sanction of annulment of marriage, dwelling house, legal measures and other results on divorce case, dissolution of the matrimonial property, filiation, issue of ecr-i misil, practices of cadastral code, disputes relating to property ownership and joint ownership, right of preemption, construction contracts for allotment in return, deficiency of intention on sales contract, non-conformity and non-performance, eviction on leasing contracts, bail and guaranty contractsbail and guaranty contracts are discussed and moot court studies are done for each subject listed above.
